FlavorSnow™ Terms & Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is one of the most liberal in the industry.  We add no additional handling charges to your shipping fees.  You're charged exactly what the shipping companies charge to deliver your merchandise.  We're also proud to say that no minimum purchase is required on prepaid orders and 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.  $35.00 or more in merchandise is required on all COD shipments.

No Minimum Purchase Required:  We never force our customers to buy more than they need to receive a shipment.

No Additional Handling Fees:  You're charged exactly what the shipping companies charge to deliver your merchandise.  No handling fees added!

24 Hour Order Processing And Shipment:  We're proud to say that we ship 99% of our orders within 24 hours or less.

Motor Freight Shipping Discounts Are Passed On To You:  We receive volume rate discounts on large equipment shipments and we pass them on to you.  Unlike some other mail order companies, shipping is not a source of revenue for us.

TERMS & SHIPPING:

• All orders must be paid in full before shipping or sent COD (sorry, no CODs on shaver, block maker or trailer purchases).

• Orders paid by cash, cashiers check, money order, approved credit card (Visa, Master Card and Discover Cards only) or bank wire transfer will be shipped immediately.

• Orders paid by personal or business check will not be shipped until your check has cleared our bank (approximately 4 to 5 working days after receipt of check).  You will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee for a check returned for any reason.

• Large orders will be shipped air or motor freight.  One shaver is considered a large order.  All orders are shipped "freight collect" unless otherwise requested.

• Smaller recurring orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS).

• Delivery by air, motor freight and UPS usually takes 2 to 7 working days after receipt of payment.

•  Louisiana residents add 4% sales tax to all orders shipped or delivered in Louisiana.

• Add 9% city and state sales tax to all orders picked up or delivered in Orleans Parish (New Orleans).  Free local delivery available within a 15 mile radius of New Orleans on all orders over $100.00.  $50.00 minimum order is required for local delivery.

• Sales tax not applied on orders shipped out of state or exported.

• You will be charged all shipping charges and 25% restocking charge for any items that are refused upon delivery (or after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts by UPS.

RETURN POLICY:

If a return is necessary, let us know immediately.  Items returned for refund will not be accepted unless our office has been notified in advance.  There will be a 25% restocking charge imposed on all items returned due to an error on your part.  Edible products cannot be returned for refund.

FlavorSnow™ SHIPPING TIPS:

Order in Advance:

Plan ahead.  While we have no minimums, always try to consolidate your orders and ship all you will need for a few weeks.  One large order is cheaper to ship than many smaller ones.  For example, you'll save by shipping one large 40 Lb box as compared to shipping four small 10 Lb boxes.

Avoid COD Charges:

Keep in mind, UPS and FedEx Ground charge an additional $7.50 for every case shipped COD.  To avoid COD charges, prepay by check or, for faster service, use your Visa or MasterCard when ordering your supplies.

Avoid Special Charges:

Keep track of inventory and don't wait until the last minute to order necessary items.  Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air charges are very expensive.  All special shipping requests other than UPS, such as delivery to the US Post Office, Greyhound Bus or Air Cargo Terminals will be charged a additional service fee.

Verify Ship To Address:

Make sure we have your correct shipping address and daytime phone number.  UPS does not ship to PO boxes.  Also, it's cheaper to ship to your business than to your home.  All shipping companies charge a higher rate for residential deliveries.  We use residential rates unless we receive an actual commercial ship to address.
